its hight frequency trading algos on alternate exchanges..its not a conspiracy. Retail alone would have very little liquidity on these exchanges if not for these algos in place . This is not a conspiracy or scam but totally happening .if you don't see or know this , then you must keep researching before calling it a conspiracy . Our markets are no where near as liquid or efficient without these programs in place . Without a burst of momentum from retail , or institutional fomo , this will continue to trade in the same annoying pattern it traded all year. Only when shorts pile up does this thing actually start moving , of course in the direction none of us want it to lol
