Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:5 shares to 1 ? With CGC

RE:5 shares to 1 ? With CGCnot a chance since bruce rejected the idea of buying canadian assets. besides 5 to1 is ridiculous, and would only benefit cgc while aph would serve as immolation to bring value to cgc.

i doubt any lp will try to buy aph, more likely scenario would be an external partner with deep pockets. That is also unlikely at this stage due to some burning issues, e.g. ceo, rebuttal, HC etc.
