...and by "these two items could happen at anytime" you mean in the next 5 years or so right?  De-listing a Schedule 1 drug and legalizing federally will be a slow and bureaucratic consultative process that will take time.  As for the "major exchange" listing, you do realize that a stock needs to be in the $5 range to trade on a major exchange, right?  So "anytime" might be a bit of a stretch.
