RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:16 cents

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:16 centsI believe we CIA shareholders have $0.05 EPS in Q3 or $.20 EPS annualized. SP is $1.45/sh so a 7x PE and cash and debt are roughly net zero. A proven producer that can double production within 2 years for about $500M from cashflow is impressive and should warrant closer to $3/sh at the moment. I believe GOV put in $6M at the onset + $15M of QIO liabilities + $27M on full funding + $60M in loans on full funding or $108M in total, although you need to dig through many news releases to figure this out. If so their ROI has been impressive. I find the consolidated statement to be very confusing for shareholders to understand. I do not understand the 38.2% ownership of QIO / CIA. Hopefully the annual report will once and for all provide this clarification. Small retail investors (less than 100,000 shares) represent less than 10M of the 415M sh outstanding so we are not a priority for management. I have 30,000 sh for disclosure. I wonder if you gents are in that ballpark. How much of a force do we represent? Cheers
