I agree 100% there's absolutely no meaning to the strain names, but some have been around for a very long time that hold their reputation if you're smoking the real strain. My wife finds them a little ridiculous at times. like "Girl Scout Cookies", but I keep telling her atleast people can pronounce it rather than have a medication with a name that has a bunch of letters attached to it.

I guess I'm just old school when it comes to that. Been growing for 10 years now and have a consistent flow with it. & yes I've realized that with the "Lemon Haze" strain. I smoked it in Amsterdam and got straight st*pid after a few tokes in and then smoked it in Montreal and had to roll another one for a lousy half hour buzz.
