RE:RE:Updated video from the recent Cantech conference in Toronto

RE:RE:Updated video from the recent Cantech conference in Toronto Thanks Yajne. I agree with your assessment, with a few additinal observations:
  1. Patriot is very "cashed-up" right now with a significant treasury. I.E. they will not have to sell to anybody "cheap" and can instead afford to build this company into a multi-billion market cap before selling... and/or demand a significant buy-out premium.
  2. There is very little "institutional" money in PAT.V right now. Lots of retail investors plus management shares that can vote NO to a buy-out offer, thereby driving the share price offer up further.
  3. Not a big thing in the grand scheme of things, but I currently have 300K shares/votes that would be a NO vote to a buyout below $20 (as of today). My NO vote price will likely go up as things accelerate/escalate, as I believe will happen soon and quickly once the news feeds start to roll. The balance of Q1 + Q2 should be amazing.
  4. The prior video of the Cantech conference (with background noise) also showed (if you watched closely) that Robert McWhirter of Select Asset Management was in the audience. He will be on BNN this Friday... so maybe a comment then. More exposure??
I'm obviously biased based on my vested interest (accumulated at many, many price points over the past 16 months).

GLTALongs!

I am increasingly moving into the camp that believes PAT will be swallowed by CISCO in the next couple of years. IMO, CISCO is prepared to allow PAT's expert team to acquire/assemble the best possible variety of technologies that complement each other to form the an overall covert detection solution with the layers of detection that Martin talks about. CISCO is in an ideal position as the 'platform' to see all developments and assess how well they're working. IMO when they see a positive response from clients, they will become increasingly interested in adding PAT as a 'tuck in' acquisition. I hope not too early though, at least not before PAT's sp rises ten-fold or better...
