So many claims of fraudulent activity on here

So many claims of fraudulent activity on hereI've been holding Isol since last April, tried averaging down 3 times after intial purchase and I'm still at an 87% loss on this stock. I am definitely no expert when it comes to the markets or charting but thankfully Isol is the only stock in my portfolio that has incurred this ridiculous loss. So my question to all they nay-sayers on here; if in fact Isol and their management/fake companies are all BS why are we not filing a complaint with an authority that actually has the means to do something about it? Again, not expert here but I would think that we, as shareholders, have some rights when the company that holds our money is phuking around with ponzi schemes and shady deals...am I wrong? Thanks
