Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

We already knew LATAM assets were of fair comparable valuation as pointed out by Hawywood, Scotia AND BNN. Insider dealings was the only concern and it looks like Grego was correct. Undlisclosed holdings from non-independant directors was found. Guilty parties have been cut and Aphria can move on. Worst case scenario is Aphria pays a settlement fee but that won't be for a long time if ever. Would be better to just go after Vic/Cole and all the money they got from insider dealings.

Maybe the insiders are their wives? All in the family...
