Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Moving Forward

Moving ForwardNow that the short nonsense is gone lets look at the financials.  The PE is currently 35 based on the trading price of $12.50 and earnings per share of $0.35  Projected forward 2020 PE by majority of analysts is 4.5.  At the PE ratio of 35 that would put the stock next year in the range of $97 per share.  At the normal market PE of 20 the price range would be $55.55.  These numbers would include the stage IV and V expansion  as well as the Broken Coast expansion once HC approval is received.  This does not however include any business from Europe, Australia, or Latin America.
