I have been seriously considering buying shares in Oroco and have read most of the comments on this board and as a new poster, I am concerned with some of the rhetoric being posted so I chose to wait to hear what happens with these often mentioned legals. It seems to be a lot of "He said, She said" stuff that really comes without any substantive proof. Also, making accusatory statements can often be seen as defamatory and lead to one being called to explain them but I do agree that there is a risk of statements being made to either pump or dump on some boards, but that is simply the way it is and has been for many many years. Good and bad flow together everywhere online and posts made are either real or just fantasy so due digiligence is absolutely necessary and without undeniable facts it all remains as hearsay.
