I see what you mean but I think it may be significant that there's a GE Healthcare link on the page at all. 

My point is that it might be coincidental but if you cut & paste the links I put in the post, you'll see that...

GE Healthcare is a US distributer and will be at HIMSS 2019 in Orlando this week.
