RE:RE:RE:What is a 'short form prospectus under NI 44-101?

I haven't seen any mention (unless I missed in search) of transfering to the TSX from CSE.
Would see it as a graduation for greater vsisibility and potential future fund involvements.

Understand that the current exchange is for emerging companies..just wondering if and the metrics of going to the TSX have been discussed.
