IF there are delays on the Columbia deal, there is no way of knowing what the nature of the delays are or who is reponsible for them.
As for Sherbrooke College, why would MYM not deliver the second payment (since they are contractually obligated to)? You may recall that the Sherbrooke arrangement is essentially to fund research into new uses for cannabis.
Yup, MYM directors and mgmt are "purposefully" postponing and delaying progress. Any particular reason for them doing this? I can't think of one that isn't founded on one or more conspiracy theories.
