RE:Costs of an access road in permafrost region

Road cost is highly dependent on terrain specifics such as number and down of bridges and amouny of soft or wet terrain. It is useful for a ballpark $/km figure though. The PFS will be more definitive for CCE case fo speculation beyond inflation escalated CCE studies are probably less accurate.
