I wonder if Yukon gov't would grant a mining permit for a mine without all the paperwork us investors expect to see ?  That would blow all the other Provinces mind and shake up the mining world internationally. GPY is using green methods so what risk does the Yukon run?

Once granted our shares would pop big time.
