It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Updated FSOf course a FS will have sensitivity analysis. Isn't that the point of a FS??

Given the low price of cobalt, 1 of 2 things will likely happen

#1 they use today's price and the FS lands with an empty thud because it wont be robust enough
#2 they use higher longer term prices and the FS still lands with empty thud because investors hate inflated numbers.

I'd be happy to be shown or proven wrong
