Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Dirty Short-Report and companions

Dirty Short-Report and companionsDespite the twisted and primarily inaccurate parasitic short report in Aphria's case, the Aphria Enterprise stood its grounds . Why? It is because it is a gem company and because in abundance it has what is needed to be at the top in the Cannabis new industry.
Fact: In this case the short report's authors said, in fact emphatically, that the Aphria enterprise was worth Zero (0). They said that Aphria had expensively acquired worthless properties and shacks, or something to the effect, and repeatedly they uttered that the company itself was worth 0.... But of course, it was all with the intent to instill fear, doubt and to cause shareholder panic with intent to decimate the targeted company's share price and thus to take and seize massively from its shareholders. And obviously, it all happened exactly like that. In my view, these shorters' short report and activity lacked even traces of benevolence or social duty to alert the public of something wrong.... Indisputable fact: the authors in Aphria's parasitic short report benefited massively at the expense of Aphria's shareholders (primarily the retail crowds).
Yes, there may have been slight insider unorthodox activity (minor in nature) with regards to acquiring valuable property, but this side activity had nothing whatsoever to do with the Company's health, value and greatness per se, i.e. this was not the area behind the short-report that created the sell panic. On the contrary, it was the short report's unsubstantiated accusation that the company was worthless (a shell game) that did nearly all of the damage. The authors of the assaulting short report in Aphria's case need to be stripped of all of the loot they acquired via their short report, and themselves deserve to be paraded before the public for the economic crime they are responsible for in Aphria's case and also for the distress they caused in this case.
Alas, at this point, the short report's creators even have the audacity to wish the company (Aphria) well -- their hypocrisy and above all their mocking boggles the mind, regrettably I'd say......
Time to move on with this enterprise's massive success and with a worthy partner, perhaps...... Speculation: Diageo is on its way.
