You can see that total short positions are not 470,000 shares, up 100,000 from last month.
This is not significant.

Maybe related to the prospectus that was filed last week. Maybe a basket trade of many marijuana securities due to an expected decline in the sector because of a miss on Canopy earnings. That a guess.
