also i'm sure the investor who did the pp to have purchased those pits did ask those questions or verified this.

At the end of the day, TTX has a potantial of 15-20 M tonne of spodumen concentrate. If it qualifies, their TTM for having the spod conc into trucks only depends on how fast they can have access to capital to exploit their assets which is already extracted.

NExt steps I would hope for:

1- Finalization of merger: should have no significant change on stock Price
2- Assesment on qualifications of pits. (qty in tons and % of lithium in it): affect on SP depending if results are higher then expected.
3- Faisability study: cost of CAPEX for concentrator, route for possible transport CIF for destination China, durations, cost of project, cost of OPEX for transportation, revenues per spod conc tonage, gross margins, financial metrics: IIR, NPV, etc. Should have an effect on stock price depending on numbers.
4-   Financing from strategic partner or take over to start project : should have an impact on SP!

If all goes correctly toward that plan, I don't see why they can be in operation withing 24-30 months from now or maybe sooner.

Yeah I hope so, nice wall up @ 0.055 might just put up the 5 cent bid and take 22% profit though :).

Managment here is horrid delaying the meeting again.... really bad managment , they need to go!
