If you go back about a year + and read the posts on this board you will see that investors were voicing that the share price is very under valued because of improper decisions by management not acting on the production & supply of MJ cultivation. Management's response was change of plan and that they are going to be the KETCHUP manufacturer not the Tomato Grower.(very funny) They had a plan and has stiuck to it to take the sp to an under valued zone to work from there. I say to fellow EMC investors, this s/p is management controlled not market.. Charly the company's assets are stated clearly in the website and IMO more valuable than what ALEF has. The merger offer should be not less than 50/50. Vote no and this could materialize. Good luck all, you have about 2 weeks to vote NO.
