Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:As I been saying the whole time. Nothing illegal Occured

RE:As I been saying the whole time. Nothing illegal OccuredI have difficulty assimilating why anyone would want Aphria to pair with a tobacco giant. The tobacco giants may have reformed, but can they be trusted with the Cannabis industry?
You recollect -- have you read? Some years ago the giant tobacco executives (the tobacco lords) stood before Congress (special committee) and under oath they lied about tobacco-related illness. They openly lied about tobacco's addiction while simultaneously, or about, they were cultivating engineered and manipulated tobacco plant breeds to produce more potent nicotine. The engineered tobacco plant was grown in very secretly held fields. Data: FDA. At some point the FDAgency had dispatched nearly 100 of its Agents to find these secretly held tobacco grown fields and thus to uncover the giant tobacco corporations' nasty did.
