I think this is a great move if they want to rebuild the investor confidence. I also think that this decision was due to all the bad calls made by this management over the last year, including, 1. CBW loan, 2. Bridgemark deals and 3. Stock split. If it wasn't for these calls, stock must been doing well like other peers and wouldn't be trading below some other companies that wont even have the all licenses in place.
