They do not have anything growing yet, in terms of product, at any of their newly claimed facilities.
They have things growing in the facilities that are completed, obviously buildings that aren't finished are not growing... DUH. Are you dense or something?

Attempting to cram that many plants into a space, claim advanced lighting technology will fix any issues because it has a copper cooling system, intermittent C02 injection technology taken from other people’s patents (do a search online), emitters that are not patented properly because someone else also owns them, and poor infrastructure set and faulty mechanics. Not to mention the word “organic” thrown around and pictures of plants grown in organic soil shown as if it has been grown in B.C.
What are you even talking about, their processes are very clearly working in the Vegas facility, and as for the claim that they are infringing on other's patents, do you have any proof of this?

Nowhere have I seen mention of them having grown in B.C., and in the Vegas facility they have been confirmed as organic growers by two independant certifications...

Also, I'd be careful spreading lies and misinformation about a company, especially with the amount of scrutiny that aggressive shorters are currently facing with regards to other companies in this space.
What you are doing is called "Libel" and is it is a felony in both the US and in Canada.
