RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:When will this be halted?Im trying to figure out why the current board of directors (which includes Blair Jordan and Karim Lahali who have removed their names and faces from the website) have allegedly turned down offers and seem hell bent on painting an unredeemable picture of this company and the value it may hold. The concerned shareholders seem convinced that motives other than the realizing of maximum value to shareholders are guiding their decisions and it certainly seems that way. No real options have been presented and who knows what prompted this Nevada BS. There could be a real effort by management to lower the sp to a point where a buyer who could reward them under the table would pick up the assets for below market value. Just a guess but I can't see what else could be going on here and thats certainly what the Malcolm group has alleged is happening. Hopefully the shareholder meeting that has been requisitioned happens soon and the 7 new directors are installed asap. Anyones handicapped dog could be handling this better than current management has and I'm 100% sure that a vote to replace them will pass.
