RE:CONTRACTS PENDING Q2 -2019 (RALLY FOR 45 DAYS)Despite all the sky-high pumping, and after ignoring a few of the vulgar lunatics on the board, I loaded up $10k at 20 cents over the pasts couple days where there seems to be support. Hopefully they start getting some traction and this moves up shortly with upcoming contract announcements.
