RE:RE:RE:RE: Merger Hirider-   The diluted shares of EMC I quoted was Nick Deans figures and I'm pretty sure he didn't include the debenture loans which will be converted into shares.upon maturity or change of ownership.Taking these as is, EMC diluted shares alone could exceed 200 million easly.

I believe ALEF also has over 200 million shares fully diluted . Some carried over from previous merger and $30+ million subscription rec.+ $10 million loan from Suria. (Ask Julian Fantino if there is any more...lol)

That will take the combined merged company shares to well over 400 million shares. (I'm being conservative). If the sp goes to $3.00 (very possible) and a 2 to 1 consolodation occurs.  A $6.sp for Nasdaq to accept.sounds reasonable.
