RE:RE:RE:Did anyone here attend today? No problem. Thanks for the response.
Sorry, they noted one operator can oversee 50 drones. So keeping an eye on; and if necessary they can take full control of a drone.
The time I was there they did not speak of a potential move to the big board. I didn't ask for that detail; more interested in the operational side of things. Though moving to TSX costs more money for regulatory and registration requirements. FLT is still eating into their ~$16MM cash on hand for continued developments, so I don't think they'd want to do that yet.
However, for revenue the Moose Creek First Nation one year deal is $2.5MM. Think about the potential if this deal is successful and they can prove on a commercial level with very near future using only their Sparrow; they may be able to expand the contract. The thing to consider are the hundreds of remote communities out there in similar situations that could become potential customers- even if only a fraction. They didn't get into specifics, but it sounded like or I got the impression another deal is in the works. Again though, not a surprise considering the potential.
I didn't ask about financials like margins on the existing $2.5MM deal.
From the materials and news releases the Canadian government does appear to be supportive of initiatives to service these remote areas, initiatives which includes companies like FLT.
FLT has other possibilities to expand and export their model.
I am further intrigued by the company, but also understand there is a speculative nature with them.
