Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Good Morning

RE:RE:Good MorningThis boards has turned into a full-blown speculation and fantasy world and such a waste of time even from some long posters. The fact that APH would execute these actions without giving us their arguments makes it worse. They expect investors to bent the knee and wait.

that all you got for now

ChrisMuller wrote: You're right. This is part of a bigger plan. I think this was done for a few reasons:

1. BOD needs to create distance between APHA and Vic. See: Corporate Governance

2. Cash was sitting in LHS and they need it for another asset. Next quarter is going to look good on paper

3. Benefit for both companies. This move is good optics for LHS and APAH. LHS was also attacked by the short report. LHS sheds APHA; APHA gets a cash injection.

I like the move.
