I think that Crius has been up for sale for awhile. Supposing the BOD is doing their job and solicited a number of companies to consider buying them, then this is just the first bid and perhaps it will be the only bid, but it is clear that Crius is open to bids and there are a number of competitors that are quite capable of affording them.
