I arrived a minute late, but this is what was answered while I was in the chat room:
Thomas -: Thanks for hosting this session, George.
chris dueck: Given the short term licensing of the Edmonton facility, when would your first crop be ready for sale? t+x months?
George Robinson: Chris - 2 weeks to pop the seeds then 8 weeks for the first crop.
chris dueck: fast
George Robinson: Chris - Very fast.
chris dueck: Do you feel dialogue with Health Canada in regards to these licenses progressing?
John Viglotti: George, Thank you for introducing RavenQuest today!
George Robinson: John - Thank you
Thomas -: At what point in time would a lack of an Edmonton cultivation license start affecting RavenQuest's ability to meet its 2019 commitment to Wayland?
Jason Ludke: Great presentation!
George Robinson: Chris - Last week we chatted twice on all files including Bonify, Edmonton and Markham. Very good dialogue
George Robinson: Thanks Jason
Brian Kerr: Very good presentation George. Is Port Mellon still in the picture ?
Brian Camenzind: is it continuous dialogue then? Do they give you have ideas what the delay is?
Brian Camenzind: any*
George Robinson: Thomas - If we cant start cultivation by the end of March we would have to relook at the revenue numbers.
George Robinson: Brian - About every two days we connect with Health Canada. There is no delay the licencing team is very overwhelmed.
George Robinson: Brian - Port Melon is still in LOI although we are waiting for some final documentation from them to move forward.
Thomas -: Okay, thanks. Also in Edmonton, there's the downtown retail shop that was mentioned last summer. What's the current status of this project?
George Robinson: Thomas - Edmonton retail is still in play. As you might be aware Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission is not providing any new licences while the current supply issues are in place in Alberta.
chris dueck: Once revenues are consistent from Markham and Edmonton, what would be the priority for expansion? Expanding those current facilities? Port Mellon? Potential Bonify deal?
George Robinson: Chris - Expansion is important to us. I think a balanced approach between Europe and proper asset development in Canada will drive our decisions.
Brian Kerr: Thanks George. Is the first sale to Wayland in March still on tract?
George Robinson: Brian,
George Robinson: Sales will start this month for Wayland.
chris dueck: Would Europe be focused on licensing out the RQB model, or direct building of new RQB owned facilities?
Matthee Barchatd: What yearly revenue should we expect to see from the markman facility ?
George Robinson: Chris - We would be looking at Europe from a JV model. Although theJV model would use our technologies, experience and talents.
George Robinson: Matthee - This year we should see close to $8m to 10m.
Brian Kerr: With the JV model would the partner be arranging all the financing ?
Thomas -: Does Bill Robinson still work with RavenQuest? If not, are you able to disclose why not?
George Robinson: Thanks Everyone. Reach out to Mathieu McDonald @ info@rqbglobal.com
Brian Camenzind: George, how much cash does RQB currently have in reserve?
George Robinson: Bye Bye
Thomas -: Thanks for your time, George. I hope there are future sessions like this.
