RE:RE:RE:spin out of non core assets

The fully diluted share count is a bit higher but all in all it’s a very clean shell.

It makes the valuation of OSK easier. Urban Barry plus related properties then a public vehicle for the non core bits and pieces.

On a take over, pay for the gold assets and dividend out the others?
