22m OS /  40 = 550k newco shares. 

Using the 3.88 unit price maybe the warrrant is worth 8 cents? Maybe 18c?
so shares in newco $3.80

so paying $2m for a shell and public listing. It’s looks like a clean shell. 

At what valuation are the assets going in? $100m off the 3.80 raise? Or another price?

so OSK owns 89% of newco pro Forma?

Interesting move.  If it gets the assets valued higher / correctly then it’s a win for OSK shareholders. What’s newco do with the $10m? Drill?
