The goverment first said months back that retails could have many stores but for one reason or another they decided to only allow 25 licences to begin with, this is a trail to see how things go, this is all new to in Canada & everyone one is watching all around the world, so they must do it right. But the Gov will release more licences each month after april.. Choom has not stopped building & kitting out store around Ontario ready for when more licences are given out. it's a waiting game but I am 99.9% Choom will be a big player in time.
