Instead of adding up small things, ever try to call the company or ask them to call you?
I did and their explanation was: to have a booth is expensive and if they would have had a booth in every exposition they went they would have run out of cash by November last year.
They are using one to one meeting and as far I am concerned they are managing our money in and the company in a satisfactory manner.
