What’s a happenin

Was in this as PHM. Was impatient and sold in summer tiny tiny profit, missed the rev split and subsequent run up, Back in a little late, slightly down. Is there anyone other then Bruce that likes this. Is this a long hold, jump out and in cheaper. What’s your opinions?
