Who is they?

If you can find one successful lawsuit where someone was sued on the basis that someone else called them stupid, or an idiot. I will give you every dollar I have.

Why attempt to make me stop with threats.

Threats? You are lying about a company, saying that they are infringing on patents with zero evidence attached.

I'm not threatening you with anything, I'm making you aware that you have the potential to be sued successfully based on the libelous claims.

As for why I'm attempting to make you stop, I do have a position in this company, and I don't like seeing potentially false statements thrown around that could damage said position... obviously.

If you have proof, post it... but it's very clear that you are lying.
