RE:stockedup - I think you missed something..............I’m sorry but it’s not clear - I don’t believe they have received their HC Confirmation  - it is clever wording that means when they get it they will need to be ready - it will be a news release on its own when it happens - you don’t lump that in to a loan news release 

That being said it’s any day as you don’t make all these other moves without the HC approval within sight
