RE:After weeks of driftingI'm not sure how to consider this anything but a pure spec play.  There are no meaningful metrics to justify any of the stock movement and despite providing guidance re a return of cash to shareholders in the sale documents, the CEO goes out and publically spews absurd commentary on all of the possibilities and opportunities available to CMH with those funds.

This CEO hasn't shown regard for the shareholders to this point so I'm not sure why we would expect anything of substance to happen now. 

I hope I'm wrong.
