RE:moving back into PVG from here on down, a question...Fair value for this mine (garage sale)- if it were valued with 1200 dollar gold- would be around 15 a share. With 1450 gold, depending on that price longevity, I could see PVG trading at 25. I base my figures on grade, what is still in the ground, and mine life.

So why isn't it there yet? Sooner or later, perhaps years from now, Mr. Market will value this asset accordingly- or some major will come in and try to steal it for 10. This is a permitted, functioning, money mining machine trading at 8 bucks. Kirkland Lake mines nearly 1 million oz. or nearly 1.5 times as much as PVG at 400k oz...yet trades shares for over 36 bucks. They have share holder friendly management- something PVG lacks. That too, will change.

I think it is wise to deploy your capital here.
