We are getting close to the AGM and it is possible that a proxy fight threat had been issued. This would avoid that but, these guys will now know what is going on in all these dealings which should be a good thing.

For example, trying to sell assets right now in a near completely frozen market and spending a bunch of fees on advisors while they have no debt due (cash flow alone and working capital should be sufficient to repay the small U.S. loan) is retarded.

Hopefully that they also turn the screw on cost cutting. Hansen keeps on saying that they need to get bigger. Yeah, like growing out of a cost issue instead of fixing it!
