AUGUST RECORD DATE SUBSEQUENT VOTINGAs noted above, the record date for the GrowMax Shareholder Meeting is maintained as the close of business on August 20, 2018.  Shareholders who acquired their shares subsequent to that date can vote such shares by following the steps described in GrowMax’s circular for the GrowMax Shareholder Meeting, which is available at www.SEDAR.com.

I believe voting shares acquired after the record date will need to be validated by the indepedant chair.  It has to be maintained that shares are not voted twice, so if someone who voted for the August date sold the shares, then those shares cannot be voted. Look for clarification once a meeting Chair is appointed
