RE:Fear

RE:FearMorning Gold

I agree with you that they have a pretty sound business model.  Sadly, there always seems to be someone quite willing to hit the bids so as long as that continues this stock is going nowhere. I confess that I have the opposite opinion about being taken out - we NEED to have someone take us out so that those that are simply using this as their own ATM cease being major players.  If you look at Simply Wall Street you will see that insider ownership has decreased from 152,000,00 shares to just over 111,000,000 (part of that is bookkeeping insofar as an insider who had over 26,000,000 shares sold enough to drop below the required 10% minimum limit) but that still leaves an iceberg of between 50 million and 80 million shares still to go.  To date, many of the insiders of this company have demonstrated that they would much rather have $$$ in the bank than equity in the company and I am not really seeing much change.  Today we are already below a buck and I expect to see this drop back to the 80 cent range if past behaviour is any indication.  Most retail investors are looking for more than a 10 - 20 cent profit, those that received their shares for free, on the other hand, are selling for millions in profit.

Hence, the sooner these folks get taken out and someone comes in who wants to develop value in the company the better.

Sadly

Cheers

Rusty
