My guess is that this conversion would likely not put as much selling pressure as with the warrant accelerations, because the owners don't have to buy them, they already did. From my understanding, they will stop receiving 8% interest on their investment (80$ per debenture), and simply get 160 shares per debenture. Can anyone confirm this?

Of course, some might want to cash in immediately, but those private investors are likely in it for the long haul. That's just my 2 cents, however we could very well go down during the conversion period of 30 days should the acceleration happen. Again, it's not guaranteed to happen yet, we'll know by close on Monday though.
