RE:My gut feeling...Glencore is playing games with Gemanis and I think you might be over thinking this....there are no games being played. Uranium is an issue around the Katanga province. I think they planned for the uranium, but thought it was going to be below the export threshold allowed (but this wasnt the case and cobalt sales were halted). Now they have to return back to the mine plant design and incorporate a ion exchange plant. Either way uranium should not be a problem


Also, we have quite a bit of DTA available to reduce taxes/ In addition, we have considerable amount of carry loss forward that hasn't been recongnized.
