I love the idea of a bond backed by the land holdings
cash injection to expand
could allow the Co to turn profit sooner
doesn't touch the in place debt facility
doesn't dilute stock

this Co is light years ahead of the others
CGC is playing 3D chess
competition still figuring out the rules for checkers
