Why?

Why?SEDI can be difficult to read.  But I believe that  Sam holds over 7 mil shares.  The 3 mil is a carryover from BlueOcean.  He was a major investor in BOC. Those shares becameGrow shares on the name change.  Then he and the Arcibalds were each granted the direct share award of 4 mil each.

So why would someone with over 7 mil shares go to the market and buy more?  Particularly  when Sam is sitting on over 800,000 options at a strike price of between 14 to 19.?

Any ideas?
