RE:RE:Is this
RE:RE:Is thisGood old George, he claims to be a shareholder but spreads new unfounded rumours without facts to spread FUD. GT is in the process of a revamp. There's a hidden beta website too: https://greentherapeuticslv.com/beta/about/ Why doesn't he just pick up the phone and call? Who knows.
LiquidOctopus wrote: GT still has their licence and multiple locations. This is highly unlikely to be a full on false start. It is a bit rough but what closed appears to be one of two production facilities, in the midst of a too quietly announced expansion.
The retail licence is for Douglas County and there was no facility open for that yet.
And, if I understand correctly GT makes GT Flowers, Rosin and Tsunami brand products, which are sold in other dispensaries. I don't know the full distribution.
NH didn't buy a retail location or single production facility, they bought (at least) 3 brands, a growing company and a network of existing business relationships. I'm not worried. Are you?
But we deserve a statement form NH executives as to how this may impact operations, if at all.
Citations from NH Dec 7 news release:
Green Therapeutics has each of two fully licensed grow and extraction facilities in North Las Vegas and Clark County area and is the midst of building out a larger state of the art grow and extraction facility to accommodate the company’s plans for growth and expansion.
Green Therapeutics LLC (“Green Therapeutics“) has successfully received conditional approval from the State of Nevada Department of Taxation, giving approval and granting Green Therapeutics a retail marijuana store license (the “License“) allowing it to operate a retail marijuana store within the Douglas County.
