1. Would you kindly post to this board, the original arguments presented and why the injunction was granted.by the court.
2. What specific properties at Pascua Lama did the injunction cover?
3.Who were all of the parties and their lawyers at the inception of the injunction?
4. Why, if the property ownership was so clear as you maintain, did it take Barrick 15 years to finally remove the injunction? Can you for the record please state how many times they tried to remove the injunction?
5. Why was the injunction supported by the courts for so long? What are the reasons and facts behind the support for the injunction...and why it was able to exist to protect Pascua Lama.
6. While the injunction was in place, what in your mind constituted accurate reporting by Barrick to shareholders, when they reported to the SEC in 2011 for example? Why did they lose class action lawsuits impacted by this injunction? Why did they pay?
7. Why does Barrick allude to ongoing legal battles re Pascua Lama in all of their financial filings? If I was a Barrick shareholder I would be demanding specifics as to what those legal battles are comprised of...wouldn’t you?
