dealing Global warming - Climate change - Co2 emission - regions have differennt approaches:

China - by low (people are dying breathing bad air on daily basis)
EU - by low (plus EV consumer subsidy, e.g. in DE - 4k Eur)
US - unfortunately, current gov. has no vision in protecting our mother earth, hence won't push car makers to mass produce or consumers to switch to EV quickly (for domestic market). fortunately, actual gov. will go one day

in the near future, fuel cars won't be able to comply with clear air regulation, and car makers has no choice but mass produce affordable EVs

My next car purchase will be a VW E - golf, likely to be 20K Euro
