"Wasting a windfall"

"Wasting a windfall"Market outlook for cobalt will be robust over next cycle...but this apart, I am left wondering what eCobalt's Australian shareholders might be contemplating.

We have Tribeca Investment Partners with around 6% and Regal Funds Management with...is it about  3.5 % (?) and more recently in July 2018 Jervois Mining acquired +4.5%.  Jervois is in the process of completing the acquisition of a Ugandan cobalt operation and will be seeking an ASX listing (?!).

We know the Ozzies were critical of management and project strategy/execution, accusing them of "wasting a windfall".  Which is pretty much how all of us longs must feel.  At the time Jervois stated publicly:
“Jervois acquired shares in Ecobalt to facilitate discussing how it may support Ecobalt’s board and management in the financing, construction and successful commissioning of Ecobalt’s advanced primary cobalt development project in the United States,”
Wonder what they might be thinking today?
Cheers,
Gregg Egen
